Aristotle (384–322 BC) attended the school of Plato (427–347/348 BC) and later became the teacher of Alexander the Great (356–323 BC). His numerous works are concerned with metaphysics, logic, politics and ethics and have made Aristotle one of the most famous philosophers of ancient Greece.
